I have sold numerous ARCH homes in the Issaquah Highlands and it seems like some homeowners are breaking the rules in order to rent out their units. This program is specially meant for those that cannot afford housing in the area and now appears that some homeowners are abusing the program. When purchasing an ARCH home owners must agree to particular rules and regulations. In addition to signing paperwork you must show information like W2's, tax returns, etc to make sure you qualify.
